We bought a spa about 8 months ago. I waited to write a review as sometimes we have stars in our eyes when we make purchases. I can confidently say Flour Pools in Hagerstown has excellent service and quality spas.

Our spa is perfect for us. Brian helped us select the right size for our needs and shared the different cleaning systems available. We got the salt and we won’t go back to chlorine.
It’s so nice! Brian was great, no pressure sales and service. Plus, just last week they sent a mailing with coupons for supplies. Pretty cool!
