I went to Flohr Pools on a wild goose chase for a part to fix my outdated pool filter. At the store, I met Tom who helped me immensely to fix my broken pool filter. Even though they did not sell the brand (the company went bankrupt), Tom still gave me all the parts numbers to find online. This was more help than I expected and ultimately his help fixed my pool filter. About a month later my old hot tub finally bit the dust and I went back to Flohr pools to see about a replacement. I met Tom again and he remembered my previous pool filter plight and helped me through the purchase and delivery of my new hot tub even going as far as giving me his personal number if I had any questions. Now I have a new hot tub and could not be happier.
